BEST EATS

Vinobraní

Burčák, Moravian wines, sekt, rosé, and local eats from langoš to hamburgers will be in abundance across the city as it comes alive for the 2025 vinobraní (wine harvest) season. The festivities will continue into the month, with four big events taking place this weekend.

TIP: Travel south-east of Prague to the edge of the Czech border to experience one of the biggest folk and wine-making festivals in the heart of the Slovácko region. Take part in a traditional costume parade that draws thousands every year at the XXII. Slovácko Wine and Open Monuments Festival running Sept. 13–14.
