Once drawn to high-ceilinged apartments in Vinohrady or sleek new buildings near Prague’s city center, foreign buyers in the Czech real estate market are starting to explore other options. Now, more foreigners are investing in housing estates on the outskirts of the city, in Brno, and even in rural areas near the German border.
