Who We’re Looking For:

Sales Manager – Italy

• A positive, motivated, and energetic sales professional eager to drive growth in the Italian market.

• A skilled negotiator who can sell “paper to trees”—or in this case, the best anchors in the world to a market hungry for innovation.

• Italian-native speaker fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

• Bonus: Understanding of Italian boating and maritime culture.

Sales Manager – Scandinavia

• A positive, motivated, and energetic sales professional eager to expand our footprint in the Scandinavian market.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with B2B players such as dealers, OEMs, and service companies.

• Native or fluent in a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and fluent in English.

• Bonus: Understanding of local marine culture in Scandinavia.

• Strengthen our already established presence while identifying new opportunities to accelerate business growth.

• Build relationships with key B2B players and ensure our products remain the top choice in the industry.
