Procurement Practice Senior Analyst with Arabic

Accenture seeks a Sourcing Senior Analyst / Indirect Buyer to lead sourcing projects end to end and collaborate with internal and external clients to lead identified sourcing events related to various spend areas for different categories: IT/Technology, HR, Corporate and Professional Services, Marketing, Professional Services, Legal, Travel Industrial Operations / Manufacturing services, Facility Management. The resource will have a proven track record in leading and managing multiple sourcing projects, demonstrate 3 years + category experience, project manager, strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze and recommend supplier selection in a client as well as negotiate and close both the commercial and legal terms in a contract.

• Lead without guidance execution of sourcing projects to contract closure;

• Demonstrate the ability to negotiate both incumbent renewals or as part of a RFP process achieve savings;

• Knowledge and experience in desired category;

• Strong hands-on experience working on ERP systems such as Jaggaer, Ariba, SAP, etc.;

• Interact with key customer and internal stakeholders and work closely with them to identify areas of improvement;

• Offer creative solutions to support the overall sourcing program and achieve desired results;

• To ensure timely project deliverables with the defined quality standards;

• Will be responsible for creating & presenting the deliverables to Client/Internal global team members;

• A track record of strong collaboration and ability to influence outcomes;

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data to create recommendations.
