With Electron Microscopy Business Unit manager and Head of Product Sales, setting sales targets within the business unit, ensuring alignment with overall company goals (booking and gross margin)
Responsibility for forecasting unit sales within the Sales and Operation Process
Monitoring of sales performance and developing action plans to enhance sales effectiveness, efficiency, and booking generation
In cooperation with the local sales force sets a winning strategy for each sales project
Together with Product Marketing and Product Managers creating and approving specific proposals for selected opportunities
Working with Marketing to define lead generation programmes for longer term opportunities in addition to shorter term initiatives to maximise exposure of the product line for current opportunities
Assuring that the project costing is profitable, in the right gross margin and with convenient Term & Condition’s
Where funnel analysis shows the requirement, instigating and driving a delta team in order to maximise the potential to win every opportunity
University degree in the field of TESCAN's core market segments or relevant working experience
Proven sales experience with a strong focus on closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Deep understanding of the market, customer's behaviours and needs combined with an ability to transfer it to the business results and growth
Ability to understand the product line to a medium high technical level, including the related applications
Excellent communicative skills (both verbal and written) for internal and external communication
Language skills: English B2 or higher
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 60% of time) and possession of a valid passport and driving license
