As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, your role is to ensure successful, on-time project execution in Cybersecurity field, as well as assisting in Cyber strategy and roadmap definition. You will be consulted on yearly financial planning, and you will have a partial responsibility in the Cyber related financial processes and tasks. You will also manage change requests, in some cases with the involvement of our third party suppliers and our capability centers around the world.

This is a Project Management role – not a technical role where you will be working with various business, platform and solutions engineering teams that can be external or internal, on shore, near shore or off-shore. You'll be responsible for driving  projects and changes that increase our Cybersecurity maturity. You will design and deliver new processes, implement and migrate new capabilities. Brace yourself, this is a fast-paced environment, where multiple initiatives running at the same time.

What will you be doing:  

• Assess our current cybersecurity maturity, identify improvement areas, plan and execute.

• Lead EU Zone implementations during projects across the zone.

• Take end-to-end accountability and responsibility on EU Zone Cyber Projects.

• Work closely with other teams to execute new demands while managing risks and dependencies.

• Occasional involvement in resolving problems, post high-severity security incidents.

• Contribute to the 1 and 3-year planning cycle.

• Work on internal projects that deliver value for our own teams (Automation, IT for IT).

What you will bring:  

• Fluent in English. There is a high level of stakeholder management across the company, both zone and global. You must have fluent communications skills to build constructive work relationships.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (preferred) or Business Management is an advantage.

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Information technology, specifically Cybersecurity AND project management.

• Experience Project Management and Agile methodologies; Cybersecurity and Cloud infrastructure knowledge.

• You have skills to transform ideas into appropriate solutions while being technical and process oriented with great ownership. You are a results-driven person.

• Team player with the ability to work in an autonomous way.

• Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders across different departments.
