Proactively identify, qualify, and drive new expansion and upsell opportunities within a portfolio of high-value accounts.
Deliver demos or presentations to promote additional features/products to current users.
Serve as a strategic advisor, developing deep understanding of customer goals, and delivering solutions that create lasting business impact.
Developing and executing detailed account growth plans to drive long-term customer success and increased adoption in key strategic accounts.
Building and nurturing relationships with customer decision-makers and executive sponsors to influence future sales and drive customer advocacy.
Acting as a go-to resource for complex customer needs, providing advanced product guidance or coordinating tailored solutions with internal experts.
Prioritize opportunities strategically and optimize the use of internal resources to maximize account growth and retention.
Using Salesforce.com and other sales tools to manage your pipeline, process leads, and track opportunities.
Champion Wrike adoption and usage by continuously demonstrating ROI and value across your customer base.
Fluency with English and French language skills
1+ years of experience running the full sales cycle in a customer-facing Sales or Customer Success role, prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to distill complex subjects into clear, engaging conversations
Business acumen to uncover, understand, and address customer goals and pain points
A problem-solving, critical thinking, and curious mindset
Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
Receptiveness to feedback and eagerness to apply coaching
Experience in work management, project management, or a track record of selling to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in Marketing, Professional Services, Manufacturing or Engineering
